When you commission! !kc architektur & design, we collect the

following informations

Salutation, first name, last name, a valid email address, address, telephone number (landline and / or mobile), information necessary for processing of the order (in particular for the preparation of an individual living concept, if necessary taking into account the teachings of Feng Shui).

 

This data is collected in order to identify you as a customer; to provide you with appropriate; to correspond with you; to issue invoices and to pursue claims against you.

The data processing is carried out at your request and is necessary for the appropriate processing of the order in accordance with art. 6 para. 1 s. 1 lit. b DSGVO for the purposes mentioned. 

 

The personal data collected for the assignment of !kc will be stored until the expiry of the legal warranty period (regularly  2 years after sending the furnishing concept) and deleted thereafter, unless we are obliged to store the data for a longer period of time according to article 6 Paragraph 1 S. 1 lit. c DSGVO due the tax and commercial law storage  and documentation obligations (from HGB, StGB or AO) or you have consented to a storage exceeding this period according to Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. a DSGVO.

 

Transfer of data to third parties

Your personal data will not transferred to third parties for purposes other than those listed below.

 

Insofar as this is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract with you according to Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. b DSGVO, your personal data will be passed on to third parties.  This includes in particular passing on to subcontractors (e.g. a Feng Shui expert) or to special specialists to be commissioned by you, whose technical assistance is necessary for the creation of the concept due to special requests on your part. The data passed on may be used by the third party exclusively for the purposes mentioned.

 

Rights of data subjects

In accordance with Art. 7 Para. 3 DSGVO, you may revoke your consent to us at any time. As a result, we may no longer continue to process the data which was based on this consent in the future;

 

to request information about your personal data processed by us in accordance with Art. 15 DSGVO. In particular, you may request information on the purposes of processing, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data have been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period, the existence of a right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or opposition, the existence of a right of appeal, the origin of your data, if not collected by us, and the existence of automated decision making including profiling and, where applicable, meaningful information on their details of such data;

 

in accordance with Art. 16 DSGVO, to demand the immediate correction of incorrect or incomplete personal data stored with us;  

 

in accordance with Art. 17 DSGVO, to demand the deletion of your personal data stored with us, unless processing is necessary to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information, to fulfill a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or to assert, exercise or defend legal claims;

 

pursuantwith Art. 18 DSGVO, to demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data if you dispute the accuracy of the data, if the processing is unlawful, but you refuse to delete it and we no longer need the data, but you need the data for the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims or you have lodged an objection to the processing pursuant to art. 21 DSGVO;

in according to Art. 20 DSGVO to receive your personal data that you have provided us with in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request that it be transferred to another responsible party and to complain to a supervisory authority in accordance to Art. 77 DSGVO. As a rule, you can contact the supervisory authority of your usual place of residence or workplace or the headquarters of !kc architektur & design for purpose.

 

Right to objection

If your personal data are processed on the basis of legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f DSGVO, you have the right in accordance with Art. 21 DSGVO, to object to the processing of your personal data if there are reasons for doing so that arise from your particular situation.
