The beautiful townhouse is located in Stuttgart on one of about seven hills. These hills shape the cityscape with its valleys and the valley basin. Around 950, Duke Liudolf of Swabia established a stud farm, the Stuotengarten, in the area of today's Stuttgart city center. The location he chose was ideal for horse breeding due to the natural conditions of the basin, which is closed on three sides. Stuotengarten later became the name of Stuttgart.

this is how you feel good .

This construction task was a small and tricky project. The clients wanted sufficient storage space in the bedroom, a dressing room and a complete bathroom renovation. Before the first transformation, the current bathroom was a balcony and then, with a construction reminiscent of a winter garden, became a bathroom flooded with light.  Through the transformation, the sauna of that became a dressing room and through the skilful arrangement of the objects a bathroom that leaves nothing to be desired. Additional built-in closets were created in the bedroom, with access to the bathroom only being located - well hidden - behind a door. The selected natural stone tiles, the selective use of oak wood elements and the white-coated built-in furniture create a bright, tidy and modern feel-good place. The harmony of the interplay of the selected materials and objects creates an atmosphere of peace and quiet.
