In Friedrichshain today, only the eastern area is still characterized by the development structure from the Wilhelminen style. Friedrichshain is a typical former worker's district.

Four spacious and bright apartments were created for this building project.

It was very important to the owners to get as much daylight as possible in the apartments for a high quality of life. A special feature is that each apartment has at least one dormer, which further emphasize the spaciousness of the rooms. The bathrooms, some of which are on the inside, are lit by skylights and thus also receive daylight. When you arrive at the top of the apartments, you can hardly hear anything of the hustle and bustle of the street and the large train station. The result is a wonderful retreat that invites you to feel good.
